Solution Architect

About the Role

Join us as a Solution Architect to design and oversee the technical architecture of PulseKaki. You'll work at the intersection of product vision and technical implementation, designing scalable systems that can handle millions of voice interactions. You'll partner with engineering leaders, product managers, and external partners to build solutions that evolve with our platform.

This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the technical direction of our platform. You'll make key decisions about infrastructure, technology choices, and system design while mentoring engineering teams and fostering a culture of technical excellence.

What You'll Do

• •Design scalable system architecture for voice processing, real-time interactions, and ML inference
• •Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, tools, and infrastructure solutions
• •Create detailed technical specifications, architectural documentation, and decision records
• •Mentor engineering teams on best practices, design patterns, and system thinking
• •Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and make data-driven technology choices
• •Oversee implementation of complex features, integrations, and infrastructure projects
• •Collaborate with product and executive leadership on technical roadmaps and strategy

What You Bring

• •7+ years of software engineering and architecture experience with proven technical leadership
• •Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and system design
• •Experience designing systems for real-time data processing and high-throughput scenarios
• •Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization/orchestration
• •Excellent communication and mentoring abilities with a track record of building strong teams
• •Ability to think strategically about technology direction while remaining hands-on with code
• •Experience with voice/audio processing or real-time communication systems is a plus
