Senior Frontend Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to lead our web platform development. You'll work on our React-based application, building performant interfaces that bring voice-first social networking to life. You'll own feature development from design to production, mentor junior developers, and help shape our frontend architecture.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll be a key member of our product team, working directly with our design and product teams to translate user needs into elegant, performant solutions. You'll have the opportunity to influence technical decisions, establish best practices, and help us scale our engineering organization.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating delightful user experiences, cares deeply about code quality, and wants to grow both their technical and leadership skills.

What You'll Do

• •Build and optimize React components for real-time voice interactions with TypeScript
• •Implement responsive, accessible designs using Tailwind CSS that work seamlessly across devices
• •Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver features end-to-end
• •Lead code reviews, establish frontend best practices, and ensure code quality standards
• •Mentor and support junior frontend developers in their growth and development
• •Optimize application performance through profiling, bundle size analysis, and runtime optimization
• •Participate in architectural discussions and help shape the future of our frontend stack

What You Bring

• •5+ years of professional frontend development experience, with 2+ years in a senior or lead role
• •Deep expertise with React, TypeScript, and modern web APIs
• •Strong understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility (a11y), and responsive design
• •Experience with state management solutions and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, etc.)
• •Excellent communication and mentoring abilities with proven leadership track record
• •Passion for building user-centric products and staying current with frontend trends
• •Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) and CI/CD practices
