Business Analyst

About the Role

As a Business Analyst at PulseKaki, you'll bridge product vision and technical execution. You'll gather requirements, analyze user behavior, and drive data-informed decisions that shape our product roadmap. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure we're building features that users love.

You'll be instrumental in understanding our users' needs, validating product hypotheses, and helping the team make informed decisions about feature prioritization and product direction. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to synthesize insights from various stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• •Gather, document, and clarify user requirements from various stakeholders
• •Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and usage patterns to identify opportunities
• •Create detailed specification documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• •Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
• •Design and conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests
• •Support product launches, QA testing, and stakeholder communication
• •Build dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and KPIs

What You Bring

• •2+ years of business analysis, product management, or product strategy experience
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• •Proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau) is highly valued
• •Experience with user research methodologies, interviews, and usability testing
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholder management
• •Deep passion for understanding user needs and building products that delight
• •Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus
