AI/ML Engineer

About the Role

Join our AI/ML team to build intelligent features that power PulseKaki's voice-first experience. You'll develop models for voice processing, conversation understanding, and personalization. Your work will directly impact how millions of users discover meaningful connections through voice and personality.

We're at an exciting intersection of voice technology, NLP, and recommendation systems. What You'll Do

• •Develop and train ML models for voice processing, speech recognition, and NLP tasks
• •Build collaborative filtering and content-based recommendation systems for user matching
• •Implement real-time inference pipelines using model serving infrastructure
• •Analyze user behavior data and A/B test model changes to improve performance
• •Collaborate with backend engineers to deploy and monitor models at production scale
• •Establish best practices for model versioning, experimentation, and monitoring
• •Stay current with latest advances in voice, NLP, and recommendation systems

What You Bring

• •3+ years of professional experience in ML/AI development or research
• •Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical methods
• •Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• •Experience with voice/audio processing, speech recognition, or NLP is highly valued
• •Understanding of model deployment, serving, and MLOps practices
• •Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to experimental rigor
• •Familiarity with big data tools and distributed computing is a plus
